Welcome to Fintech SMS, a messaging platform developed and operated by Fintech Technology Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fintech SMS, you agree to comply with this User Agreement and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue using the service.

2. Services

Fintech SMS provides SMS messaging services including:

  • Bulk SMS
  • Transactional SMS
  • OTP SMS
  • API Integration
  • SMS Delivery Reports
  • Contact Management

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Ensure recipient consent where required by applicable law.
  • Comply with telecommunications and anti-spam regulations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Fintech SMS to:

  • Send unsolicited or spam messages.
  • Send fraudulent or misleading content.
  • Distribute malware or harmful software.
  • Promote illegal activities.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals.
  • Violate any local or international law.

5. Message Content

You are solely responsible for all SMS content transmitted through your account. Fintech Technology Pvt. Ltd. does not review or verify message content before transmission.

6. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your information. Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, availability may be affected by maintenance, telecommunications providers, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Payments

  • Users must pay applicable service fees.
  • SMS credits are deducted according to usage.
  • Purchased SMS credits are generally non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, APIs, logos, documentation, and platform content remain the exclusive property of Fintech Technology Pvt. Ltd.

10. Suspension of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or prohibited activities without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Fintech Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We may revise this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
